Amit Bhatt

Amit Bhatt is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in Human Resources spanning over 17 years. Currently serving as HR Business Partner for Global IT, Corporate Functions - APAC and India HR at The Chemours Company since July 2015, Amit collaborates with Global IT leaders to align HR strategies with IT priorities and has been instrumental in developing a talent pipeline for future leadership within the organization. Previously, Amit held the position of Assistant General Manager in Human Resources at Aditya Birla Chemicals, supporting multiple domestic manufacturing units, and received the Chairman’s Individual Award for exceptional performance. Early career accomplishments include recognition with the PRIDE award for strategic HR contributions to workforce planning. Amit holds an Executive Diploma in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and an MBA in Human Resources from INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT STUDIES, DAVV, along with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering. Additionally, Amit completed an Executive Development Programme in Labour Laws for Managers from XLRI Jamshedpur.
