Colleen McGinness

Colleen McGinness is currently serving as the Opteon Venture Value Stream Leader at The Chemours Company since October 2024, following a tenure as a Production Engineer within the same company from March 2018 to October 2022, where involvement included the construction, commissioning, and start-up of a new facility. Prior to this, Colleen worked at KBR, Inc. in various roles, including Senior Technical Professional - Process, focusing on Front End Loading (FEL-2) projects and the design of chemical processes, and Technical Professional - Process, where responsibilities included managing safety equipment design and multiple projects internationally. Colleen's earlier experience includes serving as a Technical Services Engineer at Pall Corporation, conducting filterability tests, and working as a Process Engineer at Allstates Technical Services, contributing to the design of a Kevlar production plant. Colleen earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Rowan University in 2008.
