Cyndi Klecka Kouba

Cyndi Klecka Kouba serves as the Global EHS and Sustainability Leader at The Chemours Company since June 2015, where responsibilities include managing environmental health and safety, leading a continuous improvement program, and overseeing training initiatives. Prior to this, Cyndi worked at DuPont for over 14 years in various roles, including Continuous Improvement Manager and Master Black Belt, where efforts focused on achieving operational excellence through DuPont Production Systems, Six Sigma, and Lean methodologies. Additional positions at DuPont included DuPont Titanium Technology Energy Champion and Six Sigma Black Belt/Lean Practitioner, as well as serving as an energy consultant. Cyndi began her career as a Process Engineer at OxyChem between June 1994 and June 1997 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
