Damian Gumpel

Damian Gumpel is an accomplished executive in the chemical manufacturing industry, currently serving as President of Titanium Technologies at The Chemours Company since March 2025. Prior to this role, Damian held various senior leadership positions at Olin from January 2015 to March 2025, including Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Vice President and President of divisions with significant annual revenues, where responsibilities included strategic goal setting, profitability management, and key talent development. Previous experience includes leadership roles at The Dow Chemical Company, where Damian managed substantial sales and marketing efforts for chlor-alkali products, and management consulting at Accenture. Damian holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
