Harris Arch, CFA, currently serves as Capital Markets Manager in Treasury at The Chemours Company since March 2024. Prior to this role, Harris was a Merger Arbitrage Portfolio Manager and Senior Global Equity Analyst at DuPont Capital Management from February 2007 to September 2023, where a high-performing merger arbitrage strategy was initiated, leading to significant asset growth from $20MM to $400MM and a +296 bps net annualized alpha without negative annual performance. Previous experience includes roles as an Investment Analyst at Rock Hill Partners, overseeing due diligence for Private Investment in Public Equity transactions, and as a Credit Analyst at Tattersall Advisory Group/Evergreen Investments, where extensive research on investment grade credits was conducted. Harris began a career in finance as a Global Fixed Income/Mortgage Backed Securities intern at Eaton Vance after obtaining a B.S. in Economics, Finance & Accounting from The Wharton School in 2003.
