Roderick Scurry

Roderick Scurry is an accomplished Regional HR Leader and North America Labor Strategist at The Chemours Company since July 2015, bringing over twenty years of extensive experience in the Human Resources profession, with a strong background in corporate and site HR leadership. Prior to this role, Roderick held various positions at DuPont, including HR Manager, HR/SHE Manager, and HR Consultant, where responsibilities encompassed labor relations, staffing, employee development, and safety strategy implementation. A Six Sigma Black Belt, Roderick has a proven track record of driving process improvements and managing business transitions effectively.
