Xiaowei Zhou

Xiaowei Zhou is an accomplished R&D Principal Engineer at The Chemours Company, with prior experience as R&D Senior Staff Engineer. With a solid foundation in chemical engineering, evidenced by a PhD from Xi'an Jiaotong University and a B.A.Sc. from Chang'an University, Xiaowei has contributed significantly to the field through research roles, including a postdoctoral fellowship at Northwestern University, where a software for predicting reaction pathways for high-valued chemicals was developed.
