Jim Swope

Jim Swope has had a diverse work experience, starting with their role as President and Owner of Crosslink Technologies, Inc. from 1987 to 2006. During this time, they led the company as a niche supplier of high-performance adhesives for various industries.

In 2006, Jim joined Dymax Corporation as the Sr. Vice President of Business Development. Jim played a pivotal role in doubling sales, optimizing sales forces, and contributing to the company's largest business expansion. Jim also became a member of the company's first Leadership Team.

Following their successful tenure at Dymax Corporation, Jim established their own business development firm called Build Grow Prosper, LLC in 2012. As the owner, they specialized in providing contract business development services to growth-oriented B2B enterprises. Since 2013, Jim has been with The ChemQuest Group, Inc. Recently, they assumed the role of Chief Commercial Officer, where they continue to drive growth through connecting people and technologies.
