Lucy Martins

Lucy Martins has extensive experience in human resources, starting in 2004 as an HR Administrator at Family Action. Lucy then worked at Total as an Employee Relations Advisor from 2008 to 2010. After that, they joined Bakkavor as a Senior HR Officer from 2010 to 2014. Following their role at Bakkavor, they worked at Greggs as a People Manager (Supply Chain) from 2014 to 2022. Currently, they are the Head of Human Resources at The Chesterford Group since 2022.

Lucy Martins completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Psychology and Sociology at Oxford Brookes University from 2001 to 2004. Lucy then pursued their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Human Resources Management at Middlesex University from 2008 to 2009.
