Jonathan Jennings has over three decades of legal experience, currently serving as a Partner at Pattishall, McAuliffe, Newbury, Hilliard & Geraldson LLP since June 1990, specializing in litigation, prosecution, and counseling related to trademarks, domain names, and copyrights, alongside corporate transactions involving intellectual property. In addition to litigation work, Jennings has been an Adjunct Professor at the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law since 2003, teaching courses on publicity and privacy law, and previously taught a course on trademarks and unfair competition law at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law from July 2014 to August 2017. Jennings holds a JD from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a BA in History from Emory University, with additional education at Trinity College Dublin.
