John Hilbrich is the current Manager of Ticket Operations for the Chicago Bears. Prior to this, John held various internships and positions with the Indiana University Athletic Department and Delaware North.
John's first foray into the world of sports was as a Marketing Intern with the Indiana University Athletic Department from August 2014 to May 2015. There, they contributed marketing strategies to help achieve Indiana University Athletics' "One Million Fan Challenge" campaign. John also experienced the day-to-day activities that take place in a Big Ten Athletic Department and assisted in game day activities and promotions for a variety of Indiana's 24 varsity sports.
From October 2013 to April 2015, John served as President of the Sport Marketing Alliance at Indiana University. In this role, they oversaw 100+ club members and 7 executive board members who have an interest in working professionally in the sport industry. John also designed and implemented an entire academic school year with numerous activities for engaged club members, including guest speakers, nationwide networking trips, and other events that increased club members' resumes.
In July 2014, John took on the role of Retail Merchandising Supervisor with Delaware North. This was followed by a Retail Merchandising Internship with Delaware North in July 2013.
John Hilbrich received their bachelor's degree in Sports Marketing and Management from Indiana University Bloomington. John also has a certification from LinkedIn in The Six Morning Habits of High Performers.
