Rachel Frank

Rachel Frank has been working in the sports industry for over fifteen years. Rachel started their career as a community outreach manager for Memorial Blood Centers, where they were responsible for developing and implementing community engagement initiatives. In 2016, they transitioned to the Minnesota Timberwolves, where they served as the premium service manager. In this role, they managed a team of customer service representatives and was responsible for developing premium seating initiatives. In 2019, they joined the Chicago Bears as the suite sales manager. In this role, they are responsible for managing a sales team and developing relationships with suite holders.

Rachel Frank has a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Communications from the University of St. Thomas.

They are on a team with Rebecca Reid - Suite Sales Manager, Ana Scarlati - Suite Service Coordinator, and Crimson Duckett - Suite Service Coordinator. Their manager is Nathan DiLorenzo, Director, Suite Sales & Service.
