The Chicago Community Trust
Maiko Heflick, CIT, serves as a Talent Development Specialist at The Chicago Community Trust since March 2023, focusing on workforce development through employee onboarding, learning resources, internal support materials, coaching templates, and training events. Prior experience includes a role as Talent Development Manager at Press Ganey from March 2016 to January 2023, where responsibilities encompassed training design and execution, onboarding program development, and stakeholder collaboration. Earlier positions at Press Ganey included Regional Service Manager and Mapping Coordinator, leading teams and consulting with clients. Additional experience includes work as a Service Coordinator at First Steps of Northeast Indiana, a University Tutor with Vocational Rehabilitation Services, and a Mental Health Technician at Oaklawn Psychiatric Center. Maiko Heflick earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Indiana University South Bend in 2015, as well as attending Indiana University Bloomington from 2008 to 2012.
