The Chicago Community Trust
Larissa Mariano is an experienced Executive Assistant currently serving at The Chicago Community Trust since November 2019, where responsibilities include collaboration with the Vice President of Community Impact on strategic actions, managing a $40 million budget, facilitating RFP processes, and organizing department meetings. Prior to this role, Larissa held multiple executive assistant positions at The Family Institute at Northwestern University, Christy Webber Landscapes, and East Bank Club, where tasks involved gatekeeping for executives, scheduling, and communication management. Larissa's earlier roles included positions at the American Heart Association and the U.S. House of Representatives, demonstrating a strong foundation in administrative support and organizational coordination. Larissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Women's Studies from Hope College.
