The Chicago Maroon
Bianca J. is an accomplished undergraduate at the University of Chicago, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics and Public Policy while also participating in the Trott Business Program at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Bianca has gained extensive experience through various internships, including a Summer 2024 internship at Commonfund, where responsibilities included analyzing fund performances and facilitating client onboarding with artificial intelligence. As a Communications Manager for the Undergraduate Student Government, Bianca improved internal and external communications. Additionally, Bianca founded and led Youth Promise, a nonprofit serving over 300 underserved youth globally, and has participated in significant programs such as the Global Engagement Summit and One Young World. Bianca's leadership and commitment to social impact have been recognized through various roles, including the Youth Engagement Committee Co-Chair for the U.S. Youth, Peace & Security Coalition.

The Chicago Maroon
The Chicago Maroon, the independent student newspaper of The University of Chicago, is a twice-weekly publication that traces its founding to 1892. During autumn, winter, and spring quarters of the academic year, The Maroon publishes every Tuesday and Friday. The paper consists of four sections: News, Viewpoints (opinion), Arts, and Sports. The Maroon prints its quarterly news magazine, Grey City, before every reading period. In the late summer, it publishes its annual orientation Issue (O-Issue) for entering first-year students, including sections on the university and the city of Chicago.
