LaToya Banks has held various leadership roles in the education, facilities management, and hospitality industries. LaToya is currently the Campus Director at The Chicago School and the Founder of Winning with Just LaToya Banks, LLC. Previously, LaToya served as the Director of Education at Steiner Leisure Limited and Director of Guest Services at One Community Church. Prior to that, LaToya worked at Citi as a Resource Management Specialist.
