William Brown

William Brown is the current Chief Strategy Officer at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Prior to this, they were with Argosy University for 11 years, from January 2003 to February 2014, where they were Group Vice President. William was responsible for day-to-day operations, financial planning, student enrollment and retention, strategic planning, and the overall performance of 9 of Argosy University’s 19 campuses. This included managing over 400 staff and faculty, and supervising 9 Campus Presidents and 4 Regional Vice Presidents in support of 12,000 students. William had full P&L responsibility for campuses with an annual revenue of $175M.

In their time at Argosy University, William also created the College of Clinical Psychology consisting of 10 APA-accredited Psy.D. programs and their 9 embedded MA clinical psychology programs. William was responsible for day-to-day operations, financial planning, student enrollment and retention, strategic planning, maintenance of programmatic accreditation, and the overall performance of all 19 programs. This included managing 175 staff and faculty, and supervising 10 Program Deans in support of 1,700 graduate students in clinical psychology. William had full P&L responsibility for programs with an annual revenue of $30M, and was also a member of the university Management Committee. Under their leadership, new students grew by 14 percent over the prior year (as compared to a 26 percent decrease in new students during the prior period), with commensurate growth in revenue.

William Brown has a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from the Florida Institute of Technology and a BS in Psychology from the University of Florida.

William Brown reports to Michele Nealon, President. They work with Joseph Cameron - Dean of Health Sciences, Danielle Sperandeo - Campus Dean, Southern California, and Christopher Jackson - Chief Business Officer.
