William Little

William Little has extensive work experience in the real estate and housing development industry. William currently serves as the President of The Chicago TREND Corporation. Previously, they held the position of Regional Vice President at Pennrose Properties, LLC, where they were responsible for the growth of the company's real estate development pipeline. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Vice President at Hunt Companies, Inc, where they established the company's Public-Private Partnership platform and developed over 1100 units of mixed-income housing. William also served as the Principal at The JEL Group, LLC, providing real estate advisory services. Earlier in their career, William held executive positions at The Chicago Housing Authority and Bank of America.

William Little has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which they obtained from 1980 to 1984. William also pursued a Juris Doctor degree in Law at the University of Michigan Law School from 1984 to 1987. Later, from 1994 to 1996, they attended The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where they graduated with a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting.
