Matt Folsom

Matt Folsom is an accomplished executive in training and career development, currently serving as the Executive Officer of Training & Career Development for The Chickasaw Nation, where responsibilities include driving change management and supporting the growth of 14,000 employees. Prior experience involves leading a comprehensive training program for various government departments and entities, as well as serving as an Adjunct Professor at East Central University. Notable early career achievements at Cintas include recognition as Rookie of the Year and subsequent promotions resulting in oversight of multiple markets. Folsom holds a Master of Education in Sports Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from East Central University and recently completed training at Stagen Leadership Academy.
