Mary Streett GTML serves as the Chief Talent and Culture Officer at The Child Center of NY since November 2020, and has held multiple senior leadership roles encompassing organizational effectiveness and employee experience. In parallel, Mary founded and presides over Damano Group, LLC, providing coaching and organizational consulting services to enhance performance. Previous experience includes significant roles at Bon Secours Mercy Health, where Mary established a culture and learning function post-merger, and Bon Secours Health System, where responsibilities included developing learning strategies and facilitating leadership training. Mary holds an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University, a Master of Science in Leadership & Organization Effectiveness from Troy University, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Relations & Human Resources from LeMoyne College.
