Matt Cimino

Matt Cimino is a board member at The Children's Cancer Foundation. Matt previously worked as a sales manager at Jos. A. Bank Clothiers from April 1991 to July 2000. During their time at Jos. A. Bank, they served as a store manager in Columbia, Maryland and Baltimore, Maryland, and as an assistant store manager in Towson, Maryland.

Matt Cimino is known for their accomplishments while working at Jos. A. Bank Clothiers. Matt successfully hired and managed sales and support staff, and piloted a team for sales and management training which became the benchmark for new and existing employees. Additionally, they successfully managed and implemented merchandising protocol while operating as the companywide prototype store. Moreover, they secured more than 50 local companies in the “Corporate Card” loyalty program which led to customer baseline growth. As a result of their successes, the Columbia store was named “New Store of the Year” in 1997. Lastly, Matt was a member of the President’s Club in 1999 and exceeded their personal annual sales goal of $500,000.
