Dorothy Fasitta

Dorothy Fasitta has diverse work experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Dorothy currently serves as the Director of Recruitment at CHOR Youth & Family Services, where they lead a team of recruiters and is responsible for attracting and evaluating candidates for open positions. Prior to this role, Dorothy worked as the Director of Recruitment for Apis Services, Inc., where they recruited talent for multiple non-profit affiliates across the USA. Dorothy also has experience as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at The MENTOR Network and as a Recruiter at Inperium Management Services, Inc. Dorothy began their career as an Independent Producer and Recruiter/Office Administrator at Transamerica Agency Network, Inc., where they executed sales strategies and partnered with clients to identify and qualify candidates.

Dorothy Fasitta attended Boyd Anderson High School from 1976 to 1979. After high school, Dorothy pursued a degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Broward College from 1980 to 1981.
