Allen Ladd

Allen Ladd has extensive experience in technology architecture and systems engineering, particularly within the healthcare sector. From March 2007 to May 2022, Allen served as the Director of Technology Architecture at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia Research Institute, overseeing a technical team and private cloud solutions. Previous roles include Infrastructure Manager and Principal Systems Engineer at the same institution, where Allen developed a comprehensive Private Cloud infrastructure. Prior to this, Allen worked as a Systems Consultant at Alliance Consulting, enhancing Microsoft Active Directory deployments at The Children's Hospital, and as a Senior Network Engineer at Emtec, Inc., focusing on Active Directory and Exchange projects for various clients. Allen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Thomas Edison State University.
