Ammar Naqvi

Ammar Naqvi is a Senior Bioinformatics Scientist at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, affiliated with the Center for Data-Driven Discovery in Biomedicine since October 2015. Prior experience includes roles as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania and as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Rutgers University, following a PhD in Biomathematics, Bioinformatics, and Computational Biology from Rutgers University-Camden. Ammar has also held positions as a Research Technician in Bioinformatics at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, a Researcher at the Microbiome Analysis Center, and a Bioinformaticist at the Salk Institute, with a solid background in genomics, data analysis, and tool development. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology from George Mason University and a Bachelor's degree in Bioinformatics from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
