Cailin Shallow

Cailin Shallow currently serves as a Social Work Care Coordinator in Oncology at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia since September 2023. Previously, Cailin held positions at Crozer Health, including Assistant Service Coordinator and Administrative Case Manager from April 2021 to August 2023. An internship as Guest Services Intern was completed at the Ronald McDonald House of Southern New Jersey in late 2020, where responsibilities included coordinating meal donations and organizing activities for families. Cailin also worked as a Community Engagement Ambassador at the University of Delaware, promoting service opportunities, and as a Supporting Kidds Intern, facilitating a bereavement group for children. Earlier experience includes serving as a Summer Camp Counselor for New Castle County Government. Cailin holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services with a concentration in Clinical Services from the University of Delaware and a high school diploma from Concord High School.
