Patricia Redmond

Patricia Redmond is a seasoned professional in health policy and strategy, currently serving as the Director of Reimbursement Policy and Strategy at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia since November 2022. In this role, Patricia leads legislative and regulatory initiatives focused on enhancing patient access, particularly for out-of-state patients, while evaluating policies affecting Medicaid and commercial payors. Prior experience includes over 15 years at Nemours/Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children, where Patricia directed state policy and strategy, engaging stakeholders to execute impactful policy initiatives. Earlier in the career, Patricia held significant roles at the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities, Philadelphia Citizens for Children and Youth, and the Philadelphia Unemployment Project, with a focus on improving health care access and addressing children’s health issues through advocacy and policy development. Patricia holds a Master's degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
