Tom Wilton

Tom Wilton currently serves as SVP Innovation Ventures at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, a position held since July 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Business Officer at Carisma Therapeutics, where innovation in CAR-Macrophages for solid tumors was a focus, and at LogicBio Therapeutics, which develops therapies harnessing the body's DNA repair process for genetic diseases. Wilton also led business development for the Gene Therapy Program at the University of Pennsylvania, securing significant partnerships with major companies. Earlier, at GSK, numerous leadership roles were undertaken, including Executive Director of Customer Marketing and Strategic Business Analysis, contributing to customer alliances and business insights. Educational qualifications comprise an Advanced Marketing Certification from the University of Pennsylvania and multiple advanced degrees, including a Master's in Strategic Technology Management from Brunel University of London.
