Lauren Wright

Lauren (Wallace) Wright, EdD, SHRM-CP, is currently the Chief People Officer at The Children's Institute of Pittsburgh, overseeing strategic workforce planning, team member experience, workplace culture, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. With a background in recruitment and human resources management at University of Pittsburgh and UPMC, Lauren has extensive experience in talent acquisition and development. Lauren holds a Doctorate in Social and Comparative Education and a Master's in Higher Education Administration from University of Pittsburgh.
