Jessica Ziegler, MBA, PHR, serves as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Children's Mercy Kansas City since July 2016, overseeing the recruitment of experienced clinical talent across various departments, including Nursing and Emergency Management. Ziegler has a strong track record of developing sourcing plans, implementing new recruitment strategies, and managing the hiring process from candidate screening to orientations. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Representative at iJay, where a strategic recruiting plan was created, and as a Talent Solutions Intern at NMC, Inc., where proactive recruitment strategies were successfully employed. Ziegler holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Missouri and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Creighton University.
