Barbara Meyers

Barbara Meyers has extensive work experience in the field of physical therapy. Barbara started their career in 1999 at Valley Health System, where they provided physical therapy services to acutely ill patients. Barbara'sexpertise included working with critical care units, neurological, and orthopedic patients. Barbara worked at Valley Health System for 22 years before leaving in 2021.

In 2013, Barbara joined CTC Academy as the Physical Therapy Department Head. In this role, they supervised a team of nine physical therapists and was a part of the management team. Barbara's experience in management has led their to pursue a graduate degree in organizational leadership. Barbara is now eager to apply their skills in positions outside of healthcare.

Barbara Meyers obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy/Therapist from Hunter College between the years 1988 and 1990.
