Heather Wilson, MPH, RHIA, CRCR is currently the Vice President at The Christ Hospital Health Network, overseeing comprehensive revenue cycle functions including registration, billing, and compliance since July 2023. Previously, Wilson served as President Elect of the Michigan Health Information Management Association from July 2022 to June 2023, and held a commissioner role with the Health Information Technology Commission from September 2021 to June 2023, representing Michigan hospitals. With extensive experience at Michigan Medicine from June 2010 to June 2023, Wilson managed Health Information Management compliance and held several directorial positions. Earlier roles include Coding Supervisor and Coding Compliance Coordinator at the University of Michigan Health System, and inpatient coding positions at Kforce and William Beaumont Health System. Education credentials include a Master of Public Health from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s degree from Ferris State University.
