Kiernan Pauly

Kiernan Pauly, MBA - PMP, currently serves as the Manager of Project Management at The Christ Hospital Health Network, overseeing an IT Program Management Office with up to 10 direct reports. Responsibilities include developing and auditing IT processes, assigning Project Managers to projects, and mentoring team members. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Project Manager at Mercy Health, managing a complex Health Information Systems implementation, and as a Project Manager at Epic, where project leadership focused on enhancing Emergency department workflows. Kiernan also gained early experience as an intern at Kaba Mas and Live Nation while earning a Master's and Bachelor's degree from the University of Kentucky in Business Administration and Marketing/Business Management, respectively.
