Pamela VanSant has extensive experience in healthcare leadership, currently serving as Executive Director of Quality, Case Management, and Accreditation at The Christ Hospital Health Network since October 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing quality management, case management, regulatory compliance, and accreditation. Previously, Pamela held the role of Administrator at Shriners Hospitals for Children-Cincinnati, managing clinical, administrative, and fiscal operations of a specialty children's hospital. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Graduate Medical Education at The Christ Hospital Health Network and Vice President/Chief Operating Officer at the Jewish Hospital of MercyHealth. Pamela also held the position of Vice President of Professional Services at the University Hospital of Health Alliance of Greater Cincinnati and served as Vice President at The Christ Hospital. Educationally, Pamela VanSant earned a Master's degree in Finance and Management from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology from the University of Kentucky.
