Ray Neltner

Ray Neltner has extensive experience in human resources and leadership development, currently serving as Manager of Physician & APP Engagement at The Christ Hospital Health Network since March 2019. Previously, Ray held multiple roles, including Learning & Development Program Manager and Leadership & Employee Development Senior Consultant within the same organization. Prior to that, Ray was a Partner at Advantage Performance Group from May 2005 to March 2019 and worked as a Human Resources Consultant at 3M from 2003 to 2005. Early career experience includes a position in human resources at Corning Inc from 1988 to 2000. Ray holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Xavier University's Williams College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Northern Kentucky University.
