Susan Miller

Susan Miller possesses extensive experience in strategic implementation and practice optimization within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Director of Practice Optimization at The Christ Hospital Health Network since October 2014, Susan leads transformative efforts for primary care offices and actively participates in the Ohio Governor’s Task Force for Health Transformation. With prior roles as Director of Strategic Implementation at MediSync and PriMed Physicians, Susan has managed significant initiatives including electronic health records and practice growth, achieving NCQA PCMH Level 3 recognition. Additionally, Susan held the position of Director of Business Integration at Humana, where responsibilities included strategic planning and product management. Susan earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Communications from the College of Mt. St. Joseph.
