Tim Starling

Tim Starling is an experienced professional currently serving as an Assistant Curate with the Church of England in the Hereford Diocese since September 2016. Prior to this role, Tim held the position of Head of Leadership Network at New Wine Trust, where responsibilities included overseeing a network of 1,500 churches and 2,700 leaders, achieving significant growth. Tim also focused on training and development during a decade at Marks and Spencer, contributing as a Performance Specialist and HR Manager across various locations. Tim's early career included roles in HR and counseling, complemented by a solid educational background in theology, human resource management, and science.
