Andryws de Oliveira

Andryws De Oliveira has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Operations Manager and Human Resources Business Partner at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from April 2017 to October 2024. In these roles, Andryws focuses on aligning business objectives with employees and management while delivering HR services that enhance organizational goals. Previously, as a Senior HR Specialist, Andryws provided specialized support across various HR functions, contributing significantly to departmental projects and objectives. Earlier experience at SDI International Corp as a Procurement/HR Analyst involved overseeing procurement processes and financial facilitation for Brazil and Latin America. Andryws holds a Licenciatura in Relaciones Laborales from Universidad Nacional de Lomas de Zamora, completed in January 2016.
