Marie Smith possesses extensive experience in technology support and customer service, currently serving as a Technology Support Specialist at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints since April 2011, with a transition to the Missionary Department in 2019. Prior to this role, Marie was a Customer Service Manager at Desert Digital Media from January 2008 to April 2011, overseeing customer service for KSL.com Classifieds, and also contributed to customer support at KSL. Marie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology Management for Business from Western Governors University (2014-2018) and an Associate’s Degree in Information Technology from Davis Applied Technology College (2007-2010).
