Grace Naa Afi Hammond

Grace Naa Afi Hammond is an experienced Human Resource professional currently serving as the Human Resource Administrator for The Church of Pentecost U.S.A., Inc, since March 2022. In this role, Grace manages staffing processes, develops job descriptions and training materials, writes business correspondence, and creates compensation strategies while overseeing the HR data base and HRMS. Prior experience includes working as an Agent for New York Life Insurance Company, a Recruitment Consultant for M&J Audit Solutions, and a Learning Consultant for LR Management Group. Earlier roles include Learning & Development Manager and Assistant HR Manager at PZ Cussons Ghana Ltd, as well as Front Desk Personnel during National Service at British American Tobacco. Grace holds a Diploma in Project Management from DigitalCampus and an Associate degree in Human Resources Management from the Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners Ghana, in addition to a degree from Methodist University College Ghana.
