Grace Naa Afi Hammond is an experienced Human Resource professional currently serving as the Human Resource Administrator for The Church of Pentecost U.S.A., Inc, since March 2022. In this role, Grace manages staffing processes, develops job descriptions and training materials, writes business correspondence, and creates compensation strategies while overseeing the HR data base and HRMS.
