Justin Kathan

Justin Kathan has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2008 as Managing Partner at Deco Windshield Repair Inc. In 2009, they became President of Collegiate Entrepreneurs Organization - Manitoba, and in 2011 they co-founded Recroot, a recruitment and hiring automation platform. In 2013, they became CEO and Co-Founder of Joist, a tool for contractors to estimate, invoice and manage projects from an iPad, iPhone, Android phone or tablet and the web. In 2018, they became EIR at Tribe Capital, and also became CEO of Rà, a company dedicated to improving human life by building the best living spaces on earth, and beyond.

Justin Kathan attended the University of Manitoba from 2007 to 2012, where they studied Entrepreneurship.
