Aleksandra Piibe

Aleksandra Piibe has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Aleksandra started their career as a Research Assistant in Behavioral Neuroscience Lab at Colby College in 2015, where they developed research and data analysis skills. In 2016, they took on the role of Team Leader at Galileo Innovation Summer Camp, managing and assisting students in their educational activities.

In 2018, Aleksandra interned as a Human Resources Intern at Yext before joining the company as an HR Coordinator the following year. Aleksandra then transitioned to Cigna in 2019, working as an HR Coordinator for a year.

Aleksandra gained further experience in the field of human resources at Beachbody, where they held roles as a People Operations Coordinator and later as a Specialist, People Operations. In 2022, they participated in the Human Resources Leadership Program as a Summer Associate at Cigna Healthcare.

Currently, they hold the position of Compensation Lead Analyst at The Cigna Group, starting in 2023. Overall, Aleksandra's work experience showcases their expertise in research, leadership, and human resources.

Aleksandra Piibe completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a specialization in Neuroscience from Colby College between 2015 and 2019. In 2017, they briefly attended Universidad de Córdoba to study Spanish. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's degree in Industrial and Labor Relations with a focus on Human Resources and Organizations at Cornell University, which is expected to be completed between 2021 and 2023.
