Angela Cafarelli

Angela Cafarelli is an accomplished leader in diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as the Head of Corporate Impact & Inclusion at The Cigna Group since September 2024. Previously, Angela held the position of Executive Advisory Board Member for Lesbians Who Tech & Allies, the largest LGBTQIA+ technology community globally, from July 2023 to June 2025. Angela's extensive experience at Prudential Financial spanned nearly a decade, during which Angela progressed through various roles, including Vice President and Global Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Additionally, Angela was a member of Chief, a private network aimed at empowering women and non-binary leaders, from January 2023 to June 2024. Prior roles include Director of Talent Acquisition at TEKsystems and Sales Manager at The Sports Authority. Angela holds an MBA in Business Administration and a BS in Business Management from Southern Connecticut State University.
