Courtney Okugic

Courtney Okugic has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Courtney began their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Cobham Sensor Systems in 2010 before moving on to work as a Human Resources Generalist at Acme Packet from 2011 to 2013. Following that, they joined Oracle as a Human Resources Generalist and later transitioned to the role of a Human Resources Business Partner from 2013 to 2016. In 2016, they joined Medtronic as a Senior Employee Relations Partner. Courtney then joined The Cigna Group in 2017, where they have held various roles, including HR Business Partner Senior Advisor for Technology and HR Business Partner Senior Advisor for US Markets. Currently, they serve as the Director of HR for Legal & Corporate Affairs at The Cigna Group.

Courtney Okugic graduated from Bryant University in 2010 with a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Marketing. In 2021, they obtained a certification in Organization Design from LinkedIn.
