Dusty Hall is an accomplished executive recruitment professional with extensive experience in various industries, including healthcare, commercial, and industrial sectors. Currently serving as a Sr. Advisor in Executive Recruitment at The Cigna Group since June 2023, Dusty previously held roles as a Sr. Recruiter in the Brokerage Service Line at Cushman & Wakefield, and as Manager of Executive Recruitment at Anheuser-Busch, where responsibilities included managing full-cycle recruitment processes and educating stakeholders on effective hiring strategies. Earlier career achievements include being a Senior Consultant at Grant Cooper & Associates, where Dusty successfully placed over 20 executive candidates, as well as holding positions in research and training support. Dusty holds an MBA and a BA in Psychology from Saint Louis University.
