Leighann Standridge

LeighAnn Standridge is an accomplished recruiting professional with extensive experience in campus recruitment and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Senior Campus Recruiting Advisor at The Cigna Group since August 2021, LeighAnn has previously held leadership roles, including Lead Campus Recruiter at Alight Solutions from October 2015 to July 2021, where responsibilities included managing early career development programs and overseeing various stages of the recruiting life cycle. Additional experience encompasses roles at National Oilwell Varco and Anadarko Petroleum Corporation as a Recruiting Coordinator, as well as a Benefits Specialist at Woodforest National Bank. LeighAnn is pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resources Management at Texas A&M University, building upon a Bachelor of Business Administration in Project Management from Howard Payne University.
