Nicole Connelly Hoelscher

Nicole Connelly Hoelscher is a seasoned professional in leadership development and training, currently serving as a Leadership Development Senior Advisor at The Cigna Group since September 2012. In this role, Nicole analyzes training needs and develops comprehensive plans and programs to address specific challenges within the company. Previous experience includes serving as a Human Resources Facilitation Specialist at Cigna-HealthSpring, where Nicole designed and implemented training for a workforce of 1,200 employees, and as an Instructional Design/Documentation Specialist at Bravo Health, Inc., focusing on training program development and new hire orientation.
