Darren Welch

Darren Welch is an accomplished commercial manager with extensive experience in business development and stakeholder engagement. Since November 2015, Darren has been with The Citation Group, overseeing the cross-selling initiatives across various companies, focusing on successful product launches and stakeholder collaboration. Previously, as National Affiliate Manager for the Federation of Small Businesses, Darren was responsible for sourcing and negotiating new partnerships. Earlier roles included National Account Manager at Love2shop Business Services and Sales Development Manager at Argos for Business, where Darren built tailored solutions for clients to enhance customer loyalty. With a foundation in sales training at HBOS/Bank of Scotland, Darren has consistently demonstrated expertise in team leadership and consultative sales strategies throughout a career that began after completing education at South Cheshire College and Tarporley County High School.
