Jacqui Talbot has a solid work experience history. Jacqui started their career as a Sales Account Manager at Owlett-Jaton in 2011. Jacqui then worked as a Recruitment Consultant at REED in 2012 before joining Uniting Ambition in 2013 as a Client Development/Delivery Manager. At Uniting Ambition, they provided specialized recruitment and talent management services to businesses of varying sizes. In 2016, they became a Talent Manager at The Citation Group, where they played a key role in talent acquisition and management. Jacqui was promoted to Group Head of Talent in 2021 and currently holds the position of Group Talent Director since October 2022. Throughout their career, Jacqui Talbot has gained extensive experience in sales, recruitment, and talent management.
Jacqui Talbot completed their CIPD Level 7 Award in Resourcing and Talent Management in 2019. Jacqui attended Lancaster University from 2005 to 2008, and during that time, they did not obtain a degree or focus on a specific field of study. In 2009, they pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice at Staffordshire University, and prior to that, from 2008 to 2009, they obtained a Common Professional Examination/Graduate Diploma in Law, where their field of study was law.
