Jan Wilson

Jan Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Jan currently serves as the Head of Client Technology Products at The Citation Group since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Software Product Manager - Client Facing at the same company from 2021 to 2022.

Before RELEX Solutions, Jan held various roles at Makro Self Service Wholesalers Ltd. from 2010 to 2014. Jan worked as a Commercial Finance Manager, overseeing income generation and supporting trading directors. Jan also served as a Space and Commercial Manager, managing merchandising functions and implementing range rationalization projects. In addition, they held the role of Own Brand Commercial Manager, optimizing own brand sales and running online price auctions.

Early in their career, Jan worked at Focus DIY in roles such as Commercial Finance Manager, Business Analyst, Marketing Manager, Space Planning Manager, and Space Analyst.

Jan Wilson completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Technology from the University of Central Lancashire from 1991 to 1994. Prior to that, they obtained a Higher National Diploma in Business Information Technology from Teesside University from 1989 to 1991. Jan also holds additional certifications such as PMC Level I from Pragmatic Institute and Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) from Scrum.org. Jan has also obtained PRINCE2™ Foundation & Practitioner certification, although the year of acquisition is unspecified.
