Joanne Lodge

Joanne Lodge has a solid work history, starting their career in 2002 as a Property Management Coordinator at Raine and Horne Property Link. Joanne then moved on to TQ3 Navigant, where they worked as a Client Accountant/Project Coordinator, handling client implementations and internal business projects. In 2006, they joined Informed Solutions as a Senior Professional Services Programme and Project Coordinator, working on high-profile projects in the public and private sectors. Joanne then transitioned to Mansion Group in 2008, serving as a Project Manager and overseeing operational projects and system integrations. Joanne joined Peninsula UK in 2010 and held various roles, including Senior Agile Product Owner and Senior Product Manager, where they were responsible for sales operations, product management, and implementation of systems. In 2016, they joined BrightHR as the Head of Commercial, leading commercial strategy. Currently, Joanne is the Head of Commercial Operations at Citation Group, a role they started in 2019.

Joanne Lodge completed a BA (Hons) degree in Business and Travel Management at the University of Northumbria at Newcastle.
